Munich Airport (MUC) is a major international hub featuring two main terminals, Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, connected by the Munich Airport Center (MAC). Terminal 2 is primarily used by Lufthansa and its Star Alliance partners, while Terminal 1 serves other airlines. Lufthansa is the dominant carrier. For layovers, the airport offers extensive shopping and dining options, numerous lounges, and unique features like the airport brewery (Airbräu) and a visitor park with observation deck and historical aircraft.
