Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) operates with two main terminals: KLIA Terminal 1 (formerly KLIA Main) and KLIA Terminal 2 (primarily for low-cost carriers). Malaysia Airlines is a major carrier at Terminal 1, while AirAsia dominates Terminal 2. For layovers, both terminals offer extensive retail and dining options. Terminal 1 features premium lounges and an airport hotel. Terminal 2 also has lounges and a hotel. Unique activities include exploring the Jungle Boardwalk in Terminal 1 or enjoying the diverse food court options in both terminals. Duty-free shopping is widely available.
